NKFIELD bringing AI / DX to the field.

The site stays as it is. It just gets lighter.

Drawings, schedules, inspections — the site still runs on paper, Excel, and human memory. Someone who keeps standing on that site now takes up AI and DX. Not DX for show — tools that actually work, built by someone who knows the site's rhythm and its sweat.

Ethos 理念

NK-FIELD bridges two worlds. One is the Field — where site managers, tradespeople, and everyone in construction carry a project through tight schedules, weather, and nature itself. The other is Next Knowledge — where the site's real voices, data, and hard-won experience take shape through fast-evolving digital tools and AI. The knowledge and the skill to turn the field's real voice into working tools, fast — that is what lives here. 現場を知る者が、現場を変える。

Because I actually know the site, I can reach the spots that itch. Adding one drop of IT to the construction site so that everyone — from the youngest hand to the most seasoned — can work a little easier: that is the mission.

If "data entry to show the executives" only adds burden on-site, that is not real construction DX. The goal is always efficiency and less labor on the ground. Digital brought in for that reason then makes the site visible — and, in time, makes the numbers visible to management too. Never the other way around.

So I always start from the field's point of view. The site getting lighter — that, to me, is what construction DX truly means.

When the site gets lighter — that is real construction DX.

The person behind it

About 経歴

I can say I know the field — because I have never left it. From new-build to management, renovation, and now DX: every stage of a building's life, walked in person. A licensed construction-management engineer, who codes.
Qualification 1st-class Construction Management Engineer 一級建築施工管理技士 — the highest national qualification for on-site construction management.
  1. 01
New-build site management Where it began — as a site manager on new construction. Holding the drawings, the schedule, the quality, and the safety of the people on-site.
  2. 02
Property management Moved to a property-management company. Facing owners and residents directly, and learning the view from outside the site: the client, and the business.
  3. 03
Large-scale renovation On-site management of large-scale repair and renovation — the field of surveys, inspections, and corrections that keep buildings alive.
  4. 04
Construction DX Bringing AI and digital into the work itself — developing and running the systems, in real operation, that make the site lighter.
New-build, management, renovation, and DX. Having walked every stage of the site, I can build tools the site can actually use.

Renovation Survey

調査・検査

The real one. Property surveys, deterioration surveys, and inspections — all in a single app. Unified into drawings and a photo dossier: record on-site, review back at the office without friction, turn it into a report on the spot. Offline-first — it won't die out of range.

The feel of a tap, the grain of a sound, the response under your finger — toy apps deserve full craft too. The senses sharpened here live on in the field tools. Enjoy the break.

§ 04
Four principles

Vision 構想

Software that works on-site is like a good craftsman. The site's knowledge and experience, gathered into the device in your hand — phone, tablet, PC. Sureness over flash; kind to the user, and reassuring to have close by. 現場のための、たしかな道具を。

The findings from an inspection or survey are still written by hand onto the drawings, then redrawn cleanly only after returning to the office. Correction orders and reports fly back and forth by phone, and on-site, checking and re-doing repeat again and again. Nobody is slacking — the honest handwork of serious people has simply hit its limit.

NK-FIELD changes that, bit by bit. Using digital tools to make on-site checks, paperwork, and record-keeping lighter and faster — moving work that has leaned on paper, Excel, and human memory into digital form, in the language of the field.

And now, remote management — knowing the situation without standing on-site — is beginning to be needed. We take that role, and its weight, head-on.

01
If it won't work on-site, I won't build it
Does that action add one more chore to a busy site? Does it stall where the signal doesn't reach? Can it be used with dirty hands, in spare moments? The desk doesn't decide. The site does.
02
AI is a tool, not magic
No buzzwords for their own sake. AI only matters when it removes one real on-site problem, for certain. The goal is not adoption — it's solving.
03
Not flashy DX — DX that works tomorrow morning
No revolution needed. The site starts five minutes sooner tomorrow morning. One less form. One less round-trip to confirm. That, stacked up, is what DX is worth.
04
Trust is built from the foundation up
Nothing costs a site more than rework — and software is no different. Unhurried, verified, on to the next step. Only on a course laid true can the next one rest.

Writing on note

Notes 手記

Notes from the real site, and from the AI / DX edge — both, gathered on note.

Why note? Faster to update — so the raw, on-site stories reach the people who want them, right away.
